Nolan was a fantastic service provider. He responded to texts and calls as promised. When I notified him of a potential issue, he was able to let me know he could still complete the work. Since I live out of the area and needed work on a property that I manage, he sent pictures to confirm the work. He even asked if I owned or managed the unit next door so he could provide a volume discount. The property looks amazing and I will use Nolan and Ship Shape Exteriors again.

The punctuality of the technician, customer service oriented approach, skill with which the installation was conducted, and quality of the products tendered were all 5-star. Plus the technician was focused on helping get maximum product and service at minimum cost. I'll be using their services again for future exterior lighting projects.
